Computer Repair in Kalamazoo

Two years ago, Geek Easy Computers was merely the idea of a couple of guys named Silvano and Nate.  Hard work and devoted dedication to providing quality customer service to their community has resulted in the premier Computer Sales & Repair shop in the Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.  Geek Easy is also the ONLY full service computer shop located in downtown Kalamazoo.

A member of the Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce since October 2010, Geek Easy is also the only CompTIA Certified Service Center in SW Michigan! We are also one of the first Kalamazoo area computer shops to focus on servicing/repairing Macs.  Geek Easy Computers sponsors events at the Arcadia Creek Festival Site and organizations like Fancy Pants Theater. We also participate in other local events like the Douglass Community Association Business Fair and Western Michigan University’s Bronco Bash! We have earned a fantastic reputation for superior service via our Google reviews and word of mouth referrals!

The Owners

Silvano Venegas –  Silvano started his computer education as a young child. He spent many hours at the library providing free support and training for patrons on the library computers. His fascination with hardware and fixing computers was brought on by his inability to obtain one as a child.

After graduating highschool in South Haven, MI, he slowly put himself through nightschool at Lake Michigan College working toward a degree in Information Technology. After moving to Kalamazoo years ago, he completed his official education at KVCC, but has since taken even more classes to keep up to date and learn new skills.

Nate Welling– Nate is a lifelong native of the Kalamazoo area.  He graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School, holds an associate’s degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and has gone on to Western Michigan University.

He received his CompTIA Network+ certification during his junior year of high school. He also holds a CompTIA A+ certification and is preparing for Microsoft’s server certifications in his spare time. He has worked in computer repair professionally for more than five years.

When the opportunity came for the two of them to work together again, neither Nate nor Silvano would have passed up the chance. Looking back at two years ago from today, they both agree they made the right decision.
